Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital artwork products in this store are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final.
When completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

the digital product is available to you immediately after payment, and
-
your right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download link is delivered.
If you experience any technical issues (e.g. file not opening, corrupted file), please contact us at support@1daworks.com and we will assist you.
Custom Artwork (24-Hour Cover Art)
Custom artwork orders are non-refundable, as these products are individually created based on your request.
Once work has begun, refunds or cancellations are not possible.
If you have any issues with your delivered artwork, contact us and we will review the case individually.
Accidental Purchases / Duplicate Orders
If you purchased the same product twice by mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue.
Chargebacks & Abuse
Attempting to download products and then request a chargeback is considered fraud.
We fully cooperate with payment processors to provide proof of delivery, timestamps, and IP logs.
